The best thing is follow your instincts trust your feelings on what works or will work best for you.
There are deviant people who are caught up in negative patterns some because they are not aware and some who will attempt to undermine the good that is being done.
I know that being 15 and trying to navigate the matrix of a corrupt legal system is daunting but welcome to the adult reality.
I have been through it but I refused to compromise and I refused to take no and did not stop until the wrong was validated… and corrected
At the same time in my personal situation was there reprisal, which is as the one person points out on the forum, meaning it does result in being labelled by the legal system but... know that you have the right to address a judge you have the right to speak the truths and they are fearful if it is applied in the right manner…
I am merely speaking from a personal experience and lawyers do not like to be usurped meaning to have their position or authority challenged.
We are all human we make mistakes so again only you can make a decision based on the information that people give you… learn the laws and the act as some people on this site have sent the links for and any law is always open to interpretation
Keep all documentation you have the right to have copies of all correspondence regarding your case…
It is not a pleasant situation but again do not let people make you fearful of asserting your rights and standing up for what you believe in and eventually people such as yourself can help in transforming a broken system.
